Utilizing the sophisticated Build-A-Bear procedures created multiple email design concepts. Designs were then uploaded to the review system where they were put through a vigorous revision process. These processes would occasionally include a complete redesign on a tight deadline due to product changes, shortages, and or other industry/technical difficulties. Each of these assignments were organized in an elaborate and specific file management protocol system specific to Build-A-Bear. Designs were not only created for the US but were also sent to Canadian, European, and Irish audiences. Changes would include things such as a change in product, copy, and or adverting.
